Netscope, Inc., Expands Nationwide with Halpern Enterprises

Project for the Atlanta-based Company Includes Website Redevelopment, Programming and Creative

Irvine, CA - September 11, 2007 - NetScope, Inc., a leading Orange County-based Interactive Solutions Development agency, has further expanded nationwide, today announcing a new project with Atlanta-based Halpern Enterprises, a shopping center development, leasing and management company. The website redevelopment project will include coding, creative, dynamic real-time space-availability maps, and a user-friendly Self Administration Module (SAM).

NetScope has provided these integrated services to many Orange County and Southern California and with the Halpern Enterprises project and its existing work with Shop 900 out of Illinois, has further established its national presence.

"This project means a great deal to us for a number of reasons," Michael Beresford, NetScope, Inc. President described. "The fact that this is yet another real estate/retail center client for us demonstrates the success we create for our existing clients in the same market. They see what we can do for them and recognize the value. But this also continues our expansion beyond Southern California. It's a great example of how we utilize the same technology and solutions we provide to conduct business in new ways ourselves."

NetScope will be designing the new site from a development and a creative standpoint as well. One feature that will differentiate Halpern's site is the SAM tool, allowing authorized users to maintain their lists of properties for lease with real-time data and status. It in turn updates the flash-driven maps for the users. This, and the dynamically-driven Space Availability Reports, will save Halpern considerable time and make it easier to do business with them.
