One of the biggest challenges for Parker Hannifin was to convert many of their internal databases from Lotus Notes to Microsoft SQL environment. Additionally the client required real time content management capabilities, customized printing solutions and extensive search capabilities for their associates.
Project Solution
Developed as a new tool for associates to access up-to-date internal information and resources, the development of the Parker Intranet module began by translating the extensive employee handbook into an interactive online, password-protected resource that is now the crux for all associates with respect to internal information. By converting the aging solution to the latest Microsoft .net solution enables the right for today and the foundation for growth
